Return & Shipping Policy

Returns:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the warranty sticker intact.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not our responsibility.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then, in a second email, notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: 

If you haven’t received your refund after 72 hours since we approved it, contact your credit card company or financial institution.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items:
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are nonrefundable.

Exchanges: Life Time Warranty on Parts
We reserve the right to only replace items when they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 12240 SW 53RD ST Suite 510, Cooper City, Fl 33330  Please include your name and order number with your item.  Most RMA's will be processed within 24 hours and we will notify you via phone and email when they are complete.  You will receive tracking for the shipped RMA when it is complete.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Dependent on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for losses or damages incurred due to a postal carrier's negligence.
