We think its important for our customers to be able to access the information they need when they need it.  To better assist our clientele with some of their more common questions, we have implemented this FAQ.  Should any of your questions not be on answered on this page, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to reply in a timely manner.

Shipping FAQs:

  • How soon after I place my order, will it ship?
    • We ship all orders by 5PM EST everyday.  If your order was placed before 3:00PM, it will go out the same day.
  • Do I get tracking details when my order ships?
    • Yes.  You will receive a tracking number via email once we have generated a label for your order.
  • I live outside the U.S.  Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, however shipping is only free for orders to the U.S. and Canada.
  • Can my order be sent to my PO Box?
    • Yes.
  • Do you ship to an APO / FPO address?
    • Yes, we ship orders to miliary personnel across the globe.  If you're ordering from an APO or FPO address, make sure to include the complete address and the full name, as well as any other relavent information to make sure the order gets to its desination fast and unimpeded.
  • What if I provide the wrong shipping information?
    • GoKrazyWireless will not be held liable for the customer providing incorrect shipping information.  Thus, it is extremely important to carefully enter the correct shipping address when placing your order.  If you are sending the order to someone else, please make sure to get that perons's correct and full shipping address.

Payment FAQs:

  • Can I pay with a credit card?
    • Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We also offer payments via PayPal.  You can select which payment option you would like to use at checkout.
  • Do you accept PayPal?
    • Yes, we accept PayPal.  To pay for your order with PayPal simply choose the PayPal option as your payment method during checkout and follow the onscreen prompt to securily sign into PayPal account and complete your order.
  • Is my payment secure?
    • Yes, all of the information you submit at checkout is encryped via a 128-bit industry standard SSL Certificate supplied by GeoTrust.
  • Do you store any personal or payment-related information?
    • No.  We value our customer's privacy.  None of your personal or payment information is stored on our servers, sold, or given away to third parties.
  • What is your refund policy?
    • You may return items that are in "New" condition with all seals and stickers intact within 10 days undamaged for a refund.
  • How do PayPal refunds work?
    • In the rare case that a customer requires a refund.  It usually occurs because someone orders the wrong product.
  • Can you take payments via check?
    • We take payment via check for local customers only.  If you'd like to discuss paying via check with our sales department, please contact [email protected]

General FAQs:

  • Who do I contact if I run into any issues with my order?
    • While we hope you have a seamless experience with us.  We understand that sometimes, orders need to be changed or updated.  If you need to contact us with any questions or modifications to your order, please email [email protected]
  • What should I do if parts I receive are damaged or defective?
    • We test all of our parts before they ship.  In the event that you receive a defective or damaged part, contact us via email at [email protected] or call us via phone at (954) 379-8555 for a quick replacement.
  • Are your replacement parts refurbished?
    • No, all of our replacement parts and accessories are 100% brand new and equal to the exact specifications of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).  GoKrazyWireless prides itself on having a constantly expanding and superb quality catalog of smart phone replacement parts.
  • Do I have to pay state sales tax?
    • State sales tax depends on which state you are ordering from.  Some states require mandatory sales tax for online orders.  In those cases, the state tax is automatically added to your order by our system.
  • What if I receive the wrong part?
    • In the rare situation that you receive a part that you did not order, please contact us at [email protected]  We would be happy to rectify the situation for you.
  • What If I ordered the wrong parts by mistake?
    • In cases where the customer has ordered the wrong part, then receives that part, and states that he would like to have it swapped for a different part, the original part must be returned like-new in its packaging undamaged.
  • I cracked or damaged X device, what do I need to fix it?
